Read the result in your private portal
When our team publishes a result, your portal brings together pharmacy details, the confirmation time and the next steps recorded for your request. An email notification is sent unless you have unsubscribed. You can still open the portal to check for updates.
Check the exact prescription details
Review the medication, strength, form and requested quantity. If a detail differs from your prescription or your circumstances have changed, contact the team through your request conversation.
Contact the pharmacy before traveling
Availability is a point-in-time observation, not a stock reservation or a guarantee of dispensing. Ask the pharmacy about current availability, prescription requirements, insurance and pickup arrangements. Your prescriber and pharmacist determine whether a transfer or generic equivalent is appropriate.
If the search is unsuccessful
The individual fee for an unsuccessful search is refundable under the published refund policy. For a package, this is the fee allocated to that failed search, rather than a refund of other completed searches. Contact support if you need help with the next step.
