Who can use the service The self-service request form is for adults aged 18 or older submitting for themselves with a valid prescription. Provide accurate medication, strength, form, quantity, location, and contact information. Your pharmacist and prescriber are responsible for clinical decisions, substitutions, prescription transfers, insurance, and dispensing.
Service and pricing One search credit covers one medication locating request. A one-search package costs $50 USD; three searches cost $120 USD ($40 each); six searches cost $180 USD ($30 each). These are one-time locating-service fees. Medication costs, pharmacy fees, insurance charges, and any fees charged by your bank are separate. There is no automatic renewal.
Payment and the 24-hour service window ACH payments are checked manually. Reporting a transfer does not confirm that funds arrived. The 24-hour service window starts when payment is confirmed and complete request details have been received. An existing-credit request starts its window when the credit is reserved and the details are complete. If essential information is missing, the portal shows that your response is needed; the window starts when complete details are available. The portal displays the service deadline.
If we fail to locate the requested medication within that window, the fee for that failed search is fully refundable under the refund policy. This is a service commitment, not a guarantee of dispensing. Stock can change after a pharmacy confirms it. A result records confirmation time and reservation status. Contact the pharmacy before traveling.
Your portal and communications Your profile is prepared automatically when you submit a request. Verify your email using a single-use link to access the private portal. Keep your mailbox secure and do not share access links. We send service emails for requests, payments, relevant actions, and result updates. Review health details inside the portal.
Cancellations, refunds, and privacy The refund policy, privacy notice, and consumer health data notice explain cancellations, the failed-search refund, and use of your information. Use the portal to request support. This website is not an emergency service.
Multi-medication packages — 25 October 2026 A package may cover several medications requested at the start, up to its number of searches. Each medication uses one search credit. The total package price does not increase when you use more of the included searches. Remaining credits become available after payment is confirmed. Each funded search follows the same 24-hour window and per-search refund rules. Generic equivalents may be considered only by the licensed pharmacist; Medlocators does not make clinical substitution decisions.
