MEDLOCATORS

Our 24-hour commitment and refund policy

Effective 18 October 2026. Medlocators is a product of Webster Digitals. Contact support@medlocators.com or use your private request message thread for help.

Failed searches If Medlocators does not locate the requested medication within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and complete request details are received, you can receive a full refund of the fee for that failed search. The same commitment applies when an available paid credit is reserved for a new complete request.

Refund amounts The refund is $50 for a search purchased in the one-search package, $40 for a search in the three-search package, and $30 for a search in the six-search package. Other searches in a package are not refunded just because one search failed. Medication costs and third-party bank fees are not Medlocators service fees.

Requesting and receiving a refund Use “Request search-fee refund” in your portal after a search is marked unsuccessful or its service window expires without a result. The team reviews the request and returns the eligible search fee manually through the bank. A request under review does not mean a refund has been sent. After the team records the returned funds and bank reference, we update your portal and email you. Bank processing times vary. A refunded search credit cannot be reused.

Cancellations Before pharmacy outreach starts, an eligible request can be cancelled in the portal. Its reserved unused credit returns to your account; cancellation does not automatically refund a bank transfer. Contact support to review a cash-refund request or cancellation after work has started. The failed-search commitment above remains available when applicable.

Changed pharmacy availability Stock may change after a pharmacy result is confirmed. Contact the pharmacy before traveling. If pickup fails, report the issue in your portal. The team can approve a recheck using the original search credit, without another search fee. A result does not guarantee dispensing, insurance coverage, or a reservation unless the pharmacy explicitly confirmed one.
