Medication details, pharmacy results, related messages, and location preferences can reveal information about your health. We collect these details directly from you and receive availability information from pharmacies contacted for your request.

We use this information to review and fulfill your medication locating request, show results, and communicate about the service. Authorized staff and administrators handle requests through restricted portal access. Hosting and email providers support the service. Pharmacy outreach shares only the information needed to check the requested medication. Automated notification emails contain a portal link rather than medication details.

The request form asks for your permission before saving the request. No marketing consent is included. We do not sell health-related request data or use it for targeted advertising. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion through your portal or the privacy contact. Please do not put medical details in the first email. Identity verification is required to protect your account.

Unverified request details are removed after 30 days. Completed, cancelled, and refunded request details are removed after 90 days without further activity, through hourly cleanup. Minimal payment records and hosting backups are handled separately as described in the privacy notice.

This service helps locate medication. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe, recommend medication changes, dispense medication, or provide emergency care.

Optional prescription images — 25 October 2026 You may provide a prescription image inside a verified request. This is optional: cover information unrelated to the requested medication. Images are encrypted in the database and available only to you, assigned operations staff and the owner. They are not placed in public article media, email attachments or advertising tools. They follow request retention and approved deletion workflows.

Medication names are entered manually; automatic suggestions are not enabled. Pharmacy outreach uses the prescription details and ZIP code you provide. The portal’s Privacy & data page offers an identity-verified deletion request and an all-email unsubscribe control.
