When does the 24-hour window start?

After payment and complete prescription details are confirmed. If a search is unsuccessful, its individual search fee is refundable under the published policy.

Do you sell or prescribe medication?

No. Your licensed prescriber and pharmacist handle clinical decisions, dispensing, insurance and prescription transfers.

Is pharmacy availability guaranteed?

No. Stock can change. Contact the pharmacy before traveling and review the confirmation time in your portal.
